Need Based Consulting Model (NBCM): The Need Based Consulting Model is designed for customers who wish to bank on our vast experience for their specific short term requirements. This model is best suited for companies in an evolving stage or when there is a need for critical short term requirements that cannot be justified for a long term resource/budget allocation.
Project Based Consulting Model (PBCM): The Project Based Consulting Model is designed for customers who want to outsource a complete project and where the specifications have already been defined. This model can be engaged in both Dependent and Independent (Turnkey) modes. In the Dependent Mode customer’s team will interact with Aizyc’s team to co-operatively complete the project. In the Independent Mode Aizyc takes up the specifications and after mutual agreement takes complete ownership of deliverables.
Shared Risk Model (SRM): Shared Risk Model is for companies with a strong product marketing network and established sales channel venturing into products based on upcoming technologies but want to share the risk. Aizyc helps such customers by taking up ownership of the success of the product technically. Customers benefit from not having to create dedicated teams or using up existing resources, which can be better used on other important projects. Aizyc can also transfer technology and teams based on customer needs.
Dedicated Development Team Model (DDTM): The Dedicated Development Team Model is for customers who require dedicated teams across multiple onsite locations and offshore at Aizyc’s headquarters in India. This model is best for medium to large size customers who have offices and technologies spread across the globe that need to be consulted and consolidated for a successful product. Aizyc takes the ownership of setting up a seamless platform for these teams to work together as a single entity. Customers benefit by not having to worry about operational and HR related issues for these teams deployed at various locations.
Aizyc can also build a team and deploy it to Customer locations (Currently in India). This will benefit customers on the expansion mode by cutting down the setup time and having a dedicated team within a month from T0. The transfer will include engineering, technology, hardware/software tools and at an agreed cost. Aizyc works in accordance with a pre-assigned budget and timeline.
