Dinendra K. Reddy, Founder & Chairman.

Dinendra has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Technology from The University of Nagpur, India. He started his career as a Design Engineer at Future Integrated Systems, Silicon Valley, California, USA. His six year stint in the USA gave him a panoramic insight into the ASIC industry. He later enlisted as the first employee of MosChip Semiconductor, Hyderabad, India and contributed to the development of world class full custom ASIC products. Having spent a total of 6 years at MosChip, he built an excellent cross functional design team and moved up to the post of General Manager. He then served as the CEO of Sudershan Biotech Ltd., Hyderabad, India for 3 years. During his stint there he took the Company from 15 to 100 employees, launched 3 brands and established a pan-India sales force taking the annual revenue stream from zero to $100K a month. He developed and managed the corporate affairs of the Company including streamlining the finance, statutory and administrative divisions. He established the production, QC/QA and marketing divisions at Sudershan. During his association with Sudershan, 2 patents were awarded. He has also raised capital; both equity and debt as needed to execute his expansion plans. Dinendra also serves as the Chairman of 3Cube Projects Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, India, a budding company into commercial and residential construction.

Naga Madhusudan Salla, Founder & Managing Director.

Madhu kick started his entrepreneurship desire in 1997 by starting an IT consumables company by name Saicom Consumables and successfully sold it in 1999. He then started Andhra Pradesh's first Computer Based Training Center (ITS India) in alliance with TATA InfoTech. He holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kuvempu University. His Professional career began with MosChip Semiconductor Technology Limited in 2000 where he held multiple managerial roles in IT, and moved to worldwide Sales. His Rolodex includes OEM & ODM clients in Europe, SE Asia and India. He is a specialist in the architecture of server farms for VLSI Design and consults in this space.

Madhu handles Business Development, Technology Focus, P&L and Operations at Aizyc.

Rohit Mathur, Co-Founder & President (Systems Engineering)

Rohit brings 11+ years of rich experience in Board/Product Design and Firmware. He holds an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from SUNY at Binghamton, NY and a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from SSGMCE, Shegaon (Amravati University). He began his career with American Manufacturing Services, Endicott, NY (Formerly Matco Technologies, Binghamton, NY) where he was responsible for defect testing and defect minization on an assembly line of medical related boards. He has also worked with Wipro Technologies India’s VLSI and System Design Business Unit (VSBU) with the Telecom Business Vertical on the DSP boards design and firmware maintenance of a large telecommunication Company's Base Station Switch. He last worked with Moschip Semiconductor, Hyderabad, India for over 5 years and was Manager of the System Design group, where he designed, developed and coordinated FPGA emulation, ASIC bring-up and customer evaluation boards’ design for all the product lines of Moschip, including their ARM9 based SoC family. His experience with multiple domains such as High Speed Boards, Device Drivers, RTOS, Linux, Digital IPs, ASICs and FPGAs enables him to architect complex system level products and solutions from concept to production.

Rohit heads the System/Board Design & Embedded Firmware Groups at Aizyc.

Chandrakumar Pathi, President (ASIC Engineering)

Kumar comes with 16 years of Silicon Valley experience with semiconductor expertise in design and management.

He had a 13-year stint with National Semiconductor, Santa Clara, USA  where he held various design development and design management responsibilities. He played key roles in the design of National Semiconductor's Geode SC3200 system-on-a-chip, Display Timing Controllers, all FPDLink family of embedded clock and control LVDS Serializers/Deserializers and various interface IP developments. He has 12+ product tape outs (excluding spins) and was involved in various stages of development from architecture to silicon validation. Kumar started his career as a Design Engineer at Future Integrated Systems, USA. He has a Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering from The University of Nagpur, India.

Kumar heads the ASIC engineering group at Aizyc.
